At this stage, we will prepare and present a preliminary work schedule together with pricing. In the case of clear requirements and a short deadline, this is likely to be a Fixed Price model (this assumes an upfront price estimate for the whole project). For larger and more complex projects, we usually work on the Time & Material model (the client pays for the work actually done). A contract will be created on this basis.
We sign the contract and move on to the project. We work agilely, adapting the scope of work to your expectations. That is why we usually work in the Time & Material model, invoicing for the work we have actually done for you.
